Next Era: Building the Invisible Infrastructure of the Gaming Industry

Eighteen months ago, we started with a simple yet revolutionary idea: What if the power behind gaming—liquidity, randomness, and opportunity—could belong to everyone?
What began as an experiment in decentralized gaming has evolved into something much larger: a protocol, an economy, and a movement—built not just to play the game, but to power it.
1. From Platform to Infrastructure
The first cycle proved one thing above all—Betfin is not just a decentralized casino.
It is the infrastructure for building entire gaming ecosystems, a platform where anyone can create, operate, and grow.
We are building the core liquidity layer, tools, and modules—the foundations of a permissionless gaming world.
Any partner, developer, or promoter can plug into this core, launch their own platform, and participate in the shared economy that underpins it.
Betfin is no longer just one platform—it is a network of platforms, connected by one transparent, decentralized engine.
2. Staking: The Foundation of the Decentralized Casino
Betfin is the first of its kind—a platform that allows the community to play against the house and simultaneously become the house.
Therefore, staking is not corporate capital; it is a shared liquidity bank; the foundation of a decentralized casino that belongs to all stakers. This philosophy was validated by the first cycle and will never change.
The risk management limit for potential wins of 5% per single spin was also approved as safe and will remain firmly set.
This leads us to the staking community goal for Cycle 2–3:
- To support maximum possible single wins of $1 million in Lotto, the total staked TVL in Dynamic Staking must reach approximately $300 million.
The ability to payout $1 million in a single position from a spin makes Betfin a strong player in the decentralized gaming industry and a strong partner for business collaboration.
3. Liquidity, Token, and Scaling
In Cycle 2, we should focus on building TVL along with liquidity depth. We aim for sustainable liquidity—around 1–2% of market cap, to be permanently available in DEX LP—ensuring smooth operation even with large payouts from winnings and unstaking.
- This level is efficient, robust, and keeps capital productive within the ecosystem instead of being locked in idle reserves.
Betfin has the power to become the universal liquidity bank for the gaming industry, but only if staked TVL grows sustainably with liquidity in DEX pools. Betfin will work on incentivizing sustainability and supporting education to prevent unnecessary hype and associated volatility.
4. RNG — The Heartbeat of Fairness
True decentralization requires fairness—and fairness in a casino begins with auditable randomness.
In Cycle 2, we plan to upgrade our RNG generation to a modular RNG infrastructure powered by Chainlink VRF and Gelato—verifiable randomness frameworks that ensure transparency and trust.
Our innovation lies in how we use it: generating one shared random number every few seconds for the entire platform, then personalizing results via each user's unique PASS-NFT.
- This approach allows one random number to serve thousands of users in a single spin.
- It brings scalable gaming operations at low costs and open-source logic.
With this, we are taking a big step toward becoming the RNG and liquidity backbone for both decentralized and centralized gaming ecosystems.
Our pilot product utilizing this RNG backbone will be none other than the slot machine, which is already on the roadmap (delivery delayed due to this expansion).
5. Integration of Centralized Modules
One of the biggest achievements in Cycle 2 could be the integration of centralized platforms. Any centralized platform will be able to create a partner contract on Betfin and integrate a mirroring module.
This unlocks a whole new universe of expansion:
- New platform operators will be able to start their business without reserves and simply mirror their bets into Dynamic Staking while earning from the generated volume.
- Betfin modules (with web3 RNG) will be available as a B2B service for existing operators.
The integration of centralized modules will remove Betfin's only disadvantage, which is scalability.
All well-known certified games from third-party providers can function as Betfin modules. Keep in mind that volumes generated in centralized modules will also be part of the Betfin affiliate program!
6. DAO: A Step Toward Full Decentralization
The ultimate core of Betfin's vision is decentralized and permissionless gaming. This vision cannot be fully realized without fully decentralized consensus at the platform level. This is where the DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) comes in.
The DAO will increase the community's power, but also its responsibility. All key steps, such as adding new modules or changing modules, must be confirmed by the DAO. Therefore, it is necessary to advance technological understanding and strong leadership within the community.
We believe that Cycle 2 brings enough confidence to prepare final consensus rules and at least begin implementation. More information will be shared after the launch of the RNG & Centralization Module.
7. Responsibility in a Permissionless World
Decentralization is freedom—but freedom comes with responsibility.
During our first cycle, some promotional activities within the community deviated from our values, targeting the wrong audience or misrepresenting Betfin.
We want to be clear:
- Betfin is a permissionless protocol, but it is designed for responsible operators and informed participants.
- We do not support irresponsible marketing, unregulated gambling promotion, or any violation of regulations!
Every partner and community promoter must act transparently, ethically, and in compliance with local regulations. This is how true decentralization must work—freedom with responsibility.
8. Summary of the Vision for the Next Cycle
Lessons from our first cycle—user experience, liquidity challenges, and communication noise—have refined our mission.
Betfin's next evolution is not about building a single product.
