Phoenix Retreat is not a public event. You cannot simply buy a ticket.
It is for a selected group of Betfin Network leaders. People who have reached the required career position and, above all, actively build their team, grow their network and take part in the long-term growth of the whole community.
This time we meet in Lednice, South Moravia, one of the most beautiful places in the Czech Republic.
From Friday to Sunday, three days focused on leadership, systematic work with your team and building an international business that lasts.
Part of the Retreat
Who Phoenix Retreat is for
The basic condition for applying is the career position Phoenix or higher.
Reaching the position does not, on its own, give you a place.
The Retreat is for people who actually build a network inside Betfin Network. They work with people, develop their team, create leadership and want a business that holds up long term.
Reaching the rank only as a technicality, through your own wallets or by spreading your own funds, is not a qualification to attend.
How qualification works
- 1Reach the career position Phoenix or higher.
- 2Send your application for Phoenix Retreat.
- 3Wait for confirmation of your place.
Every application is reviewed on active network building and work with the community.
Submit your applicationPhoenix+ = you can apply → Confirmed application = a place at the Retreat

The Retreat poster
The date, who can apply, how each new rank opens a new benefit, and the price once that benefit is used. Open it and send it to the people who are building.
- Lednice, 30 Oct – 1 Nov 2026
- Phoenix+ and a confirmed application
- New rank = new benefit
New rank = new benefit
Sponsored Phoenix Retreats are a benefit tied to reaching a new career position. Use the benefit on your current position, then reach the next rank. The new position gives you a new sponsored place.
Phoenix
1× sponsored Retreat
Reaching Phoenix gives you one sponsored place.
Flash
1× sponsored Retreat
If you already used your Retreat as Phoenix and then reach Flash, you receive a new sponsored place.
Captain
2× sponsored Retreat
Reaching Captain gives you the benefit of two sponsored Phoenix Retreats.
Knight
3× sponsored Retreat
The new position opens three sponsored places.
Champion
4× sponsored Retreat
The new position opens four sponsored places.
Legend
5× sponsored Retreat
The new position opens five sponsored places.
Every newly reached rank opens a new benefit that matches that career position.
Example
Phoenix → 1 sponsored Retreat → benefit used → Flash → a new sponsored Retreat → benefit used → Captain → 2 new sponsored Retreats.
Once the current benefit is used, the next Phoenix Retreat is CZK 6,777 per person until you reach the next career position and unlock a new benefit.
A sponsored Retreat is not an automatically confirmed place. It is for active builders, and every application still has to be approved.
What we will focus on in Lednice
Leadership
How to stop building only your own performance and start creating other independent leaders.
System
How to build the work with your team so growth does not stand on one person, but on a working, duplicable system.
International business
How to think about Betfin Network as a long-term business that can cross cities, teams and countries.
Network
How to create an environment where people grow, take responsibility and start building the next structure themselves.
More than a training
Phoenix Retreat is a place for people who want to actually build Betfin Network.
Not only the next rank. Something that works long term. A system, a team, leadership and an international business.
Three days in Lednice give us room to step out of daily operations, look at our business from a wider perspective and work on its next level together.
The best relationships rarely start only in a training room. A shared program, networking and a special wine tasting in the heart of South Moravia are waiting.
Price
CZK 6,777 / person
The whole Retreat, Friday to Sunday. Accommodation, refreshments and the accompanying program are included.
Betfin Network rewards career progress with a sponsored place. A new rank opens a new benefit.
Application
Phoenix or higher gives you the chance to apply.
A place is confirmed only after review. Fill in the form and wait for the decision.
